In 2014, Rina Boidon, a dedicated elder care professional with nearly two decades of experience, faced a heartbreaking reality that far too many families know all too well. When her father fell ill, Rina and her family struggled to find a caregiver who was not just qualified, but genuinely caring, dependable, and present. The home care system felt cold, transactional, and impossible to navigate. Rina’s father passed away that same year. In his memory, and fueled by a determination that no other family should feel that helpless, she made a decision that would change thousands of lives across California: she founded Care America Homecare Services.
